At ProActive, we have a long history of successful partnerships with Creative Agencies in our area. This stems from the fact that these Agencies may be hired by their clients to rebrand and then deploy a web site, or to brand and create an application. These Creative Agencies often do not have the demand to justify hiring employees full-time to supplement the heavy lifting code-work on the back end for deploying sites or applications, and that is where we come in. We work in partnership with the agencies, and can be visible to their client or work behind-the-scenes as an extension of our partner, to complete the project for their client.
One of our most recent partnerships with a Creative Agency began when the agency was hired by a large company to rebrand their website, which was hosted in SharePoint. Since this agency had little SharePoint expertise, they asked around to their contacts, and found out about ProActive through a mutual business partner. In order to show our SharePoint expertise and what can be done with such a system, we directed them to view our website, http://www.pa-tech.com, which is also hosted in SharePoint. This was able to give the agency the confidence in our abilities to use SharePoint as a versatile system to brand their client’s website. We believe that this is one of the most important factors in helping us win this project.
Once we began the partnership, we went over the site plan and agreed upon each page’s layout and content. Most of the content was coming from an existing site that was simply out of date, so we began to fit the existing content into the new page layouts, making suggestions or requesting new content and assets where appropriate. Then, the agency created new content, worked with the clients requests and ensured that the strategic goals were met.
Despite working with a brand new partner, we were able to come in under budget and deliver quality results. We have continued working with them for this client, and look forward to continue this working relationship with them for future projects and future clients.
